Daca vreti sa obtineti cartofi prajiti identici cu cei din supermarket, trebuie sa-i frigeti in 2 faze: in prima faza, intr-o tigaie adecavta la o temperatura de 160° si a 2-a faza, la o temperatura de 180°.Uleiul sa fie de masline extravergine.Se sareaza la sfirsit.</description>
